  • Evidence Pack Audits: Completed full apprentices’ evidence packs quality and compliance audits, including eligibility and programme suitability checks, assessments of candidates’ prior skills and experience via Skills Scans, recognition of prior learning, prior training and accredited qualifications, minimum off-the-job (OTJ) calculations, and functional skills exemptions.
  • Learning Audits: Coordinated first/last day of learning audits and evidence capture, including 100% sampling of the 20% OTJ evidence for quality and compliance.
  • ILR Checks: Conducted full monthly ILR checks, ensuring data accuracy and validation in readiness for ILR submissions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Acted as a gatekeeper to safeguard funding and mitigate risks of clawbacks.
  • DAS Data Management: Assisted with Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) data input and accuracy checks.
  • ILR Submission Support: Supported the Head of Funding and Compliance with ILR submission-related checks, PDSAT, and FRM report analysis.
  • Compliance Procedures: Established and managed internal processes for compliance audits and reinforced internal audit and compliance procedures.
