Main responsibilities include

Recruit, train and coach new staff; including setting up Skills Bootcamps

• Managed two teams (Delivery and EPA), recruiting, training, and coaching staff.
• Establish expectations and monitor KPIs related to individual and team performance

• Oversaw planning and communication of training events, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and SEN requirements.
• Maintained IT systems (e.g., OneFile, PICS) for GDPR compliance and funding accuracy.
• Coordinated with Scheduling, Instructor Management, Operations, and Product teams to optimize training outcomes.
• Managed EPA processes, including Gateway preparation, synoptic projects, scheduling exams, and communicating results.
• Collaborated with employers, apprentices, and stakeholders to customize programs and resolve queries.
• Ensured compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, and awarding body regulations, preparing audit documentation.
• Created and maintained Standard Operating Procedures, supporting cost-effective, high-quality training delivery.
• Reported team performance and KPIs to management while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mediate with employer, Operations Manager and Learning Mentors to safeguard relationships
• Meet and exceed expected management KPIs
