A versatile and dynamic commercial leader with 15 years’ experience in EdTech and private sector, solutions-led business development. Experience leading commercial business units and sales divisions of 60+ FTE within market-leading providers, successfully managing P&Ls in excess of £12m while delivering multiple consecutive years of 100%+ revenue and EBITDA growth. Presently a member of the exec board, leading the customer engagement, talent attraction and marketing teams at ‘Ofsted Outstanding’ EdTech scale-up.

Managing external stakeholder relationships with top tier apprenticeships and skills bootcamp employer accounts, local enterprise partnerships, contract holders, combined authorities and regulators. Lead on all marketing strategy, involving management of both internal and external marketing teams while developing and launching new CRM platform across organisation. Instrumental in people development strategy/succession planning and the creation of growth equity ownership scheme to maintain high staff retention levels.
