They work well on their own initiative. focused, punctual and adapts well to change. They support and train new team members joining the team.

Liaising with Local Social Workers and the Finance Team. Drafting and advertising job descriptions. Interviewing candidates with clients. Processing DBS checks on behalf of the local Adult and Children’s Direct Payment Services. Updating and recording client contacts on Charity Log database. Assisting with the Hub advice line. Completing Attendance Allowance Forms with clients. Attending care related seminars and exhibitions. Working as part of the Hub Team, meeting and greeting clients. Supporting the Charity’s volunteers in their Hub roles. Safeguarding vulnerable children and adults. Ensuring client information is kept up to date with latest government policy’s and pay rates.
