Operations Director with 14 years of learning and development experience across Apprenticeships, Entry to Employment, Higher Education and Commercial sectors.

Their main focus has been on introducing and growing digital apprenticeships. With experience leading all aspects of the delivery and development of these standards.  Experienced leading teams of up to 15 direct/indirect reports while accounting for the strategic growth and direction of the sector at SLT level.

• Embedded digital apprenticeships into an organisation from the ground up
• Delivered growth from zero to Circa £1M revenue in an 18 month period
• Winner of the CompTIA Transformation Award 2021
• Built strong relationships with external partners such as BCS and CompTIA
• Possesses a detailed knowledge and understanding of the apprenticeship and adult education sector with a specific expertise in Digital Apprenticeships
• Works across the business and with external stakeholders to develop partnerships and drive growth
• Works with key partners (internal and external) to devise strategy, meet needs and deliver unique programmes to customers
• Presented to CompTIA’s EMEA conference 2021 on leveraging government backed programmes to grow talent
• Grown the IT provision within the business from nothing to approaching 100 learners and an overall value of just over £1M projected to approach £1.5M this academic year over an 18 month period.
• Implemented a bespoke delivery programme to Access Group valued at £286,000
• Overseen the ground up development of four key Digital Standards for delivery to core clients
• Developed a client portfolio of approximately 65 employers including blue chip organisations such as Lockheed Martin and Access Group, as well as various NHS and local government contracts
• Developed a delivery team capable of delivering across our portfolio
