This weeks spotlight shines on an experienced Employer Relationship Manager from Birmingham on the market now for a new role within the skills and training sectors.  My candidate is looking for a minimum salary of £30,000 and a role that’s site/centre based with some hybrid working but mainly based in centre if possible.  They are open to roles Employer Engagement, Learner Engagement, Sales Support, Business Development

A self-motivated, ambitious team player with who thrives in a target focussed environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers. Experience in B2B and B2C lead generation. A disciplined and dedicated professional with the ability to think critically and articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsible for sourcing of potential new employers who can offer suitable work experience placement and employment opportunities, in-line with Centre, learner and programme needs.

My candidate has a lot of strings to their bow and can bring a wealth of knowledge mainly within the West Midlands area in terms of local labour market knowledge, employers and skills training trends and needs.  My candidate has also worked as a recruitment executive where they were tasked to engage with 30 employers a month, generate at least 60 interviews with leads passed on to Recruitment Managers, 120 new vacancies generated from leads working with local and national employers to secure sustainable employment opportunities.
