NorthWest based – looking for £50k+ Remote with travel nationally when needed

My candidate has been responsible for the running of strategic growth, Quality and apprenticeship operations and supported quality UK wide which supported large contracts such as civil service learning. Management of a busy operational team overseeing multiple qualifications. Requirement to build strong relationships and collaborate to support business acquisitions. Supported strategic approach for pipeline which includes management of bids and tenders. Experienced in cohort planning and tracking which supported revenue growth. Budget management for area which reviews profit/loss in area.  Curriculum focused in order to provide quality teach and learning service to clients upholding integrity of Ofsted standards. Focus on continued learning and development which incorporates teaching theory to staff in order to promote depth in learning and promote streamlined working practices in order to support team and business objectives. Reporting, MI and client progress to target is fundamental in role. Working cross departmental with finance, Marketing and compliance critical to support workings. Experienced in bids, tenders and compliance.

Qualified teacher and experienced practitioner in learning with over 15 years in apprenticeships.

Experienced in managing large teams both remote and face to face.

Cross sector knowledge

Able to manage and build strong customer relationships to drive positive outcomes.

Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office and online communication platforms

Ability to work to independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines

Self-starters able to work proactively and reactively.

Experience in National Travel and Home working.
