My candidate is looking for a Head of Delivery, Head of Operations, Head of Skills on the market now for a Hybrid/National Travel role £55k+

• Responsible for ensuring the successful fulfillment of all contracts, meeting financial targets, and complying with regulatory and OFSTED standards.
• Achieving key KPIs in learner achievement, progression, retention, and diversity.

• Oversee learner recruitment, contract delivery, operations, exit processes, progression tracking, and continuous improvement.

• Deliver contracts in line with funder requirements, funding regulations, and KPIs, such as; ASF, FCFJ, Bootcamps, Multiply, into employment programmes and Restart.

• Ensure compliance with funding standards, identify risks, and mitigate them effectively.

• Develop systems to track and achieve KPIs.

• Work with the Delivery & Quality team to ensure withdrawal rates are in line with contractual requirements.

• Work with the Delivery & Quality team to ensure learner Success Rates: 80% minimum.

• Work with the Delivery and Quality team to ensure progression into education, employment or apprenticeships in line with contractual requirements.

• Ensure learner demographics align with contract specifications.
