• Over two decades of experience in financial leadership roles across multiple industries including IT and construction.
• Expertise in financial control, business partnering, compliance, and statutory accounts, driving substantial cost savings and efficiencies.

• Leadership experience as Head of Finance & Shared Services, with responsibilities spanning finance and HR operations, board reporting, and organisational policy development.

• Proven track record in implementing financial systems, enhancing governance, and mentoring teams.

• Academic qualifications include ACMA and a BA (Hons) in Accountancy & Finance, enhancing a rich professional background.

• Familiar with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office, showcasing technical proficiency.

• Voluntary experience includes co-founding and serving as Secretary for a community football club, demonstrating commitment to societal contributions.

• Extensive experience in managing day-to-day operations and providing strategic oversight for finance and HR teams.

• Proven ability to prepare and report financial statements, performance updates, and risk registers to senior boards.
