As the Head of Operations & Transformation, this professional has led and transformed the apprenticeship function, overseeing a diverse range of teams including Skills Coaches, Trainers, Enrolment, and the Apprenticeship Experience Team. They are a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), a Careers Leader, and an active participant in the Safeguarding Board.

• Strategic Leadership: Led the growth of a thriving apprenticeship function, contributing to strategic decision-making in weekly SLT meetings and monthly Governance Board data reviews. They also chaired staff forums and QAR meetings.
• Operational Excellence: Achieved significant improvements in key metrics, including Quality Achievement Rate (QAR), Timely Completion Rate, and Learner Retention Rate. They were instrumental in achieving a ‘Good’ Ofsted grade in 2022 and securing Matrix full accreditation.
• Innovation & Transformation: Successfully introduced AI-driven solutions through monthly Aptem meetings and early adopter programs. They also established a dedicated EPA Team and developed a self-enrollment program using Articulate Rise 360.
