With over 25 years’ experience across the Welfare-to-Work, Employability and Work Based Learning sectors, my candidate has an outstanding track record of leading high-value contracts, driving operational excellence and delivering transformational change across Wales & UK.

Most recently Head of Operations, they have successfully managed a contract portfolio worth in excess of £22m, led organisational transformation programmes, developed high-performing leadership teams and consistently delivered against demanding contractual and financial targets. A Fellow of the Institute of Employability, reflecting their commitment to the sector and recognised leadership.

My candidates real passion lies in youth, employability and creating opportunities that have a lasting social impact. Now we are looking for seeking a senior leadership role where they can build new projects or start up new contracts from the ground up—designing innovative delivery models, establishing high-performing teams and taking programmes from concept to successful implementation.  My candidate thrives on creating sustainable, impactful provision and would be a significant asset to any organisation looking to grow, innovate or expand its employability offer.
