Currently managing a team of 21 heads, including Sales Managers, Sales Advisors and Relationship Managers, focused on client acquisition and business growth with a staffing budget of £700k
- Lead generation which resulted in £19m revenue in 2024.
- Developed and implemented data driven strategies resulting in year-on-year growth and sales targets consistently being achieved in line with commissioners’ expectations.
- Created a regional community engagement strategy to ensure all appropriate access for all service users within our priority areas.
- Standardised processes and strategies across sub regions to ensure we have consistency, are aligned with the central customer journey, meet commissioners’ objectives and measure the impact.
- Restructured our regional engagement strategy, aligning our vision to meet stakeholders needs whilst also ensuring we over perform against our priority area targets

Relationship Building – Built and developed relationships with 10 Local authorities across Greater Manchester to enable a joined-up approach and referral sources for the Future You provision.
Project Management – A key member of the senior leadership team that achieved growth of a pilot project in 2009 as a local delivery partner, to achieve responsibility for the entirety of the UK in the away from home residential element, exceeding sales targets year on year.
Strategic Vision – Developed and implemented a sales strategy across the whole of the North (Northeast, Northwest, Yorkshire & Humber and East Midlands) accessing and account managing all secondary mainstream schools, colleges, non-mainstream and alternative provisions, driving performance growth to achieve sales targets over a 15-year period, equating in over 750,000 young people take part in the programme nationwide.
Negotiation and Influence – Delivered a response programme during Covid 19 that supported 66,000 participants overall with 33,000 going into sustainable employment.
Analytical Thinking – Onboarded a varied supply chain of 12 different local delivery organisations, who were well positioned to access and engage with young people from extremely low socio-economic backgrounds and not currently engaged with any educational institution, employed, or participating on any other training programmes.
