Candidate Spotlight – On the market now – Yorkshire based Head of Quality, Quality and Contracts Director, Operations & Delivery Director – looking for a permanent role ideally but is open to FTC / interim roles £65k+ Available asap for interview and start.

Since being made redundant in April 2025, my candidate has taken a proactive approach to maintaining and developing their sector knowledge, attending a wide range of webinars and events to stay up to date with changes across the education and skills landscape. This has included attendance at the AELP Day with Ofsted, the BCS Provider Forum, and multiple Ofsted update webinars following the revised inspection framework, providing a clear understanding of new grades, toolkits, and inspection focus areas.

They have also engaged with the Fellowship of Inspection Nominees (FIN), accessed One Advanced resources, attended EPAO webinars and one-to-one discussions to understand upcoming changes to Apprenticeship End Point Assessment, with a particular interest in supporting the development of independent quality assurance arrangements.
