• Change and quality management, including development of quality culture and understanding within the wider business.
• Implementation, development and coaching of quality roles and teams.
• Quality Improvement  and self assessment planning and support across large organisation
• Design and implementation of training and curricula to meet contractual and inspecting body requirements and ensure a high quality, impactful learner experience.
• Development, implementation and management of impactful observation processes for TLA and CEIAG across programmes such as Apprenticeships, AEB and National Careers Service including ongoing coaching and development programmes.
• Knowledge and management of external inspection/audit regime including Ofsted and Matrix.
• Design and management of continuous improvement cycles.
• Planning, implementation, and support of recovery plans for underperforming provision and teams.
• Design, delivery and management of CPD, training, and coaching programmes in all aspects of Teaching and Learning, Information, Advice and Guidance, and a range of other topics as required by the business
• Complex analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify and manage risk and support performance and quality management.
• Design and management of subcontractor quality assurance and improvement support
• Review and development of curricula across a range of programmes including Multiply, AEB, Study Programmes and Apprenticeships.
