Internal Quality Assurer

March 2021 – June 2026

• Held a senior IQA remit across a portfolio of technology apprenticeship standards up to Level 6 and 7, including Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, Data Analyst, Information Security Business Analyst, Digital Marketer, Software Tester and ICT/Network Engineer.

• Led a rebuild of the learner journey and its compliance processes, aligning them with funding rules and the inspection framework, reducing financial risk and strengthening audit readiness.

• Designed and built an inspector-facing evidence and LMS solution with data deep-dive functionality, used across two Ofsted inspections.

• Quality assured learner portfolios against standards and gave structured written feedback to skills coaches.

• Carried out observations of teaching, learning and assessment, followed by standardisation and targeted CPD.

• Introduced RAG-rated caseload reviews, improving achievement rates and retention.

• Worked with data teams on NPS and learner voice survey design and analysis.

• Contributed to the annual Self-Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plan and authored programme monitoring reports.
