• Conducting progress reviews, conducting Inductions to the apprenticeship programs
• My candidate has completed the IT Essentials and CompTIA A+, passed ITIL V3 Foundation level, passed 4 MTA exams in Server, Networking, Security and Operating Systems Fundamentals, Completed Cisco ITE qualification. Proctoring BCS Exams and Functional Skills exams and proctoring City and Guilds Exams and Microsoft exams
• Delivering technical training to apprentices
• Managing Bootcamps
• Responsible for Apprentice progression to EPA
• Assessing evidence portfolio using OneFile and LMS
• Conducting progress reviews
• Conducting Inductions to the apprenticeship programs

• IT Solutions Level 3 teaching and assessing
• Information Communication Technician Level 3 teaching and assessing
• Digital Support Technician Level 3 Teaching and assessing
• Network Engineer Level 4 teaching and assessing
• IT Support Technician Level 3 Teaching and Assessing
• Data Analyst and Data Technician – assessing only

Operating systems:  Windows desktop editions from windows 7 to Windows 10, Windows Server from 2000 to Server 2019, Exchange Server 2010 to 2016, Windows AD, DOS, Mac OS 9 to OS Jaguar

Software Packages:  Microsoft Office/Professional, FrontPage, Mac software, Lotus, Lotus Notes, Publisher, WinZip, Symantec Corporate version, Arcserve, Backupexec, Northgate applications, Civica, Accuserv

Additional I.T Skills:   5 years building and configuring desk tops, laptops and stand alone servers

3 years building file servers, 9 months in PABX telephone system support and maintenance, 9 months in security system monitoring,  3 years Openscape Phone system, 3 years Citrix Environment, 6 months Verint call recording solution
