Leadership and Management IEPA Tutor Skills Coach

This weeks candidate spotlight is shining on an amazing, highly successful  Leadership and Management Tutor / IEPA from Manchester.

Looking for £28k+ Permanent Full Time, on the market now

They have worked in the apprenticeship training sector for almost 10 years, with previous experience in the4 retail sector from junior management up to senior flagship store management.  They have great passion for the sector and I confident they will not be on the market for long !

Not one day off sick in 30 years !!

In their recent IEPA Assessor role they

• Completed the Independent End Point assessment phase for learners completing Operational or Departmental Manager L5, Team leader or supervisor L3, Retail Level 2, 3 and Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeships
• Excellent observation, judgement and questioning skills
• Managed own caseload of 30 – 40 learners including their End Point Assessment windows, to support the completion of the required assessments within the required timescales
• Assessed learners against the required standard assessment criteria and provide the assessment information in the required report format and timescales
• Maintained their industry skills and knowledge in line with the requirements of the relevant apprenticeship assessment plans
• Participated in regular standardisations for the apprenticeships standards I am approved to assess
• Supported with the development of updated assessment plan and new standards delivery to ensure that they meet the needs of the relevant industry and the requirements of the assessment plan
• Invigilated tests across all standards for level 2, 3, 4 and 5, to comply with both internal and external governance for test invigilation.

 Qualifications include

• AET – Award in education and training – Level 3.
• CAVA assessing qualification gained Level 3 November 2013
• ICT level 2 qualification.
• Math’s functional skills Level 2
• English functional skills Level 2
• NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Retail
• Pre-Public Service course
• Certificate in maintaining food safety apprenticeship standards
• Certificate in health & safety in the workplace.
• Certificate in personal safety at work
