- Successfully managed sales teams of up to 13 people, optimizing sales cycles for enhanced performance.
- Developed dedicated marketing strategies and brand initiatives, resulting in substantial sales pipelines.
- Pioneered new business functions, demonstrating capability to complement and grow existing programs.
- 2023 Pipeline of over 250 starts (£2.5million sales) new business
- Signed commercial training deal worth £750,000+
- Enrolled 50 new starts in first 9 months
- Led a brand new team where in the first year – apprenticeship target of 400 learners per year achieved
- Promoted to the role of Head of Business Development, responsible for managing a team of client engagement consultants (x4) who engage with corporate clients to promote the full suite of training verticals through consultation and advice. These verticals included apprenticeships, professional development, event delivery and talent management.
Their key deliverables / responsibilities included;
- Apprenticeship target of 500 learners per year (Private and public sector- NHS)
- £3.5 million of levy sales
- Selling 40+ apprenticeship standards including 20+ financial services focused solutions
- Cross selling all training verticals – including commercial training
- Extensive experience with aligning sales with multiple apprenticeship standards and strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in delivering significant sales targets and forging long-term strategic relationships.
- In-depth understanding and experience in financial services, digital apprenticeships, and commercial training sectors.
