With over a decade of experience in the education industry, this candidate is a wizard in managing teams, enhancing curriculums, and ensuring top-tier quality assurance. They’ve successfully navigated the educational paths ensuring learner achievement and are bursting with fresh ideas to refine learner and employer experiences.

An impressive 5 promotions with the one provider in the past 10 years:

Responsible for the evolution of our programmes by ensuring the curriculum and team are up to date with industry and demand, working closely with EPAOs to deliver exceptional learner and employer experiences

Effectively manage the routeway to ensure the delivery of high-quality education (both in-office and remote employees)

Review processes to enable the assessment team to deliver outstanding service and support to learners and employers

Introduce initiatives that promote work/life balance for Coaches and minimise waste   Retain a team of passionate digital experts and create a people culture within the team that thrives

Analyse and manipulate data; utilise data intelligence to form developmental action plans

Lead on employer and customer advisory board meetings – ensuring we have regular communication with our board and incorporating their suggestions into our implementation

Ensure the routeway adheres to all OFSTED guidelines and the Education Inspection Framework, educating and supporting the team in working towards Grade 1 observations

Manage Internal Quality Assurers, ensuring they are involved in improvement practices that drive higher achievement grades

Implementation of CPD initiatives for new apprenticeship standards
