Operations Director / Director of Childcare / Business Skills

August 2023 *** Candidate Spotlight *** this week has an impressive Director of Operations – where they have been recently managing 4 Performance managers, 65 tutors and 3100 learners responsible for reducing business costs and analysis. Part of the SLT attending Board meetings on a monthly basis in London.  My candidate worked closely with the MIS director to implement new policies.  Their previous role involved manging multiple teams on various contracts and supported the current team to achieve Ofsted Grade 2 !
