Achievements include steering the Restart Scheme in the West Midlands, ensuring all eyes are on delivering success while meeting and surpassing DWP expectations. For the last 4 years they have been Managing and overseeing the delivery of the Restart Scheme offices in West Midlands (Coventry, Hereford, Telford and supporting Birmingham).  Responsible for all aspects of programme delivery, staff management and performance management. Overseeing the Restart Scheme budget whilst ensuring contract is achieving DWP and stakeholders’ expectations. Forecasting future changes in delivery whilst considering performance expectations and adherence to budget. Responsible for holding performance review meetings discussing areas of concern and introducing solutions to reassure stakeholders. Monitoring performance, quality and contractual delivery of the contract and staff ensuring all KPI’s are met. Continuously looking at ways to increase performance by introducing support and improvement measures that save time and cost and support staff in their delivery.

Previous to the Restart scheme my candidate managed and oversaw the delivery of the Work Routes programme across centres in Shropshire and Herefordshire. Responsible for all aspects of programme delivery, staff management and supply chain management. Overseeing the Work Routes budget whilst ensuring contract is achieving ESF, DWP and stakeholders’ expectations. Forecasting future changes in delivery whilst considering performance expectations and adherence to budget. Responsible for holding performance review meetings discussing areas of concern and introducing solutions to reassure stakeholders. Monitoring performance, quality and contractual delivery of the contract and staff ensuring all KPI’s are met. Continuously looking at ways to increase performance by introducing support and improvement measures that save time and cost and support staff in their delivery.
