Lead a high-performing senior team comprising the Head of Quality Monitoring and Accreditation, Curriculum Lead, and Quality Improvement Lead. Provide strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement across teaching, learning, and student outcomes. Responsible for developing and implementing robust quality assurance frameworks, monitoring performance standards, and leading strategic improvement initiatives aligned with organisational priorities and regulatory requirements. Provide expert leadership on quality and compliance matters, contribute to curriculum development and innovation, and oversee data systems to ensure effective performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

Acted as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on quality, regulatory, and educational policy matters, ensuring best practice and sustained excellence across provision. Currently hold statutory responsibilities as Safeguarding and Prevent Lead and serve as the organisation’s Ofsted Nominee. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, lead key operational functions, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support delivery, strengthen governance, and ensure continuous organisational improvement.
