What opportunities do you have on your team for my amazing candidate ?

A highly skilled, well respected and experienced Quality Professional with 20 years quality experience currently leads a team of three Internal Quality Assurers and a large team of Assessors/Tutors across the country. Their role includes managing the recruitment and allocation of staff, setting team objectives and KPIs, and maintaining efficient information systems to ensure that data is captured, verified, and presented accurately to support decision-making and quality assurance processes.

They have outstanding relationships with City & Guilds, Highfield and NCFE and LCL and  an Ofsted Nominee, they sit on the Highfield Board of Development qualifications and is an active member of the Fellowship of Inspection Nominees

They provide monthly data reports, updates on funding changes to the management team, and weekly tracking reports to ensure compliance with funding rules and audit requirements. Additionally, they play a key role in ensuring that data return deadlines are met, and they help develop reporting schedules aligned with organizational priorities and quality needs.

As the head of the curriculum team, they ensure training materials are developed to professional standards in line with the OFSTED 3I strategy and the organization’s strategic goals. They also lead staff development initiatives, implement observation processes to improve teaching and learning, and work closely with the Quality Improvement Team to produce the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan.

Further responsibilities include collaborating with the Apprenticeships Operational Team to ensure the quality and compliance of End Point Assessments (EPA) according to Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSB) standards. They regularly engage with awarding bodies and stakeholders to update staff on changes in regulations and hold Continuous Professional Development sessions to enhance the quality of delivery.

With sound knowledge of ESFA funding rules, apprenticeship standards, and experience with Ofsted inspections, they have contributed to successful inspections and staff development. Their recent appointment as the Quality and Safeguarding Governor for a North East Training Provider specializing in Health and Social Care allows them to support the Board with over 17 years of sector experience.
