They have a high level of motivation and personal drive which enables them to be successful in leading large teams (up to 120 FTE) to achieve key business targets, in regulated environments. Strong communication and organisational skills ensure management of high workloads to meet deadlines. Recent achievements include:

• Co-ordinated the move to virtual delivery platforms throughout COVID, guiding the department to 102% revenue vs target for 2021/2022, in very difficult trading conditions.
• Supported implementation of a new website, including chat functionality.
• Re-designed the Bespoke training offering, including new ways of costing and quoting, leading to a 36% increase in sales from this channel in the last year.
• Recruited new, experienced sales agents, with the correct skill set, which reduced attrition and brought continuity and consistent performance.
• Led a multi-site team to exceed new job targets – over 1,700 people placed back into work in my first 6 months (106% of target).
• Led a department of 50 FTE in Telesales, Field Sales and Learner Engagement functions.
• Co-ordinated necessary quality and compliance requirements in an OFTSED regulated environment.
• Developed and rolled out KPI’s, commission schemes and performance review processes to support company objectives.
