On the market now, we have a Senior MIS Officer from Kent looking for a Full Time 100% Remote MIS Officer role, Administrator/Co-Ordinator position. £35k+ negotiable – Having worked for one of the Worlds Top 20 IT Training Providers for the past 7 years – they are now looking for a new opportunity where they can build on their amazing skills and grow with fantastic new team/organisation.

A hard-working, highly organized, and motivated Administrative Professional and Service Coordinator, this individual possesses a vast and diverse range of expertise accumulated over 10 years of experience in healthcare, coordination, management, and administration. With exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, they are proficient in utilizing a variety of IT software to complete various information gathering and administrative management duties. Thoroughly dedicated in all pursuits, they are seeking a professional challenge in a business administration role and are confident in their ability to deliver significant and measurable value to any organization.

  • Support external audit matters. Document company processes and implement changes.
  • Liaise with enrolment, delivery, and operational teams ensuring timely and compliant submission of all starts, leavers, and completion evidence. Monitor and report on compliance with funding claim rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with quality and operations teams to embed processes within operational activities. Work closely with the Delivery Manager to provide correct and timely communication to apprentices.
  • Process data on various CRM platforms. Keep platforms such as OneFile, Goldmine, and PICS accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure excellent customer service for apprentices and employers. Liaise with the Functional Skills Tutor and other departments to support delivery functions. Update the team on any changes affecting course delivery.
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards set by ESFA and OFSTED.
  • Maintain adherence to Firebrand’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide advice and guidance to support the team across various roles.
  • Liaise with the Delivery Manager on issues affecting delivery functions.
  • Support team training to ensure compliance within team processes.
  • Managed the Apprenticeship Service Desk, including completing requests and monitoring allocations.
  • Handled credit control for employer contributions and additional payments.
  • Supported program delivery by sending joining instructions, course confirmation emails, booking exams, and managing special accommodation queries.
  • Updated training schedules and handled course reschedules and cancellations.
  • Coordinated with departments such as Operations, Product, Enrolment, Quality, and Finance.
  • Conducted initial compliance audits to ensure new placement pre-start packs met compliance requirements.
  • Completed the full registration process for a minimum of 5 starts a week within a maximum of 5 working days.
  • Processed data across internal platforms like One File Ignite, One File Nomad, PICS, and GM.
  • Managed credit control for employer contributions and additional payments.
  • Supported program delivery with administrative tasks including sending joining instructions, booking exams, and managing course reschedules.
  • Provided cross-departmental support for queries relating to compliance and processes.
