  • A go-to SME and liaison for all employee / employer disputes including mediation and business continuity people related planning activities with industrial led action end to end case management.
  • Cradle-to-grave designer and implementer of colleague engagement bespoke frameworks.
  • Critical employee performance and organisational design resolution through thought leading interventions to cut casework and up skill managers / HRBPs to the art of the possible.
  • Leader of the end to end discipline, grievance, and appeal procedures through to employment tribunal advocacy, facilitating early interventions where possible.
  • Ownership of the full evolving HR operations policy matrix in line with exceptional best practice.
  • Management of people enablement teams that provide a professional end to end employee journey lifecycle service, alongside providing business insights and appropriate up skilling implementation.
