Exceptional achievement rates and outcomes in learning and development. Over 15 years’ experience in education. Outstanding interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive approach to networking and relationship building. Collaborative team player committed to achieving business objectives. Currently working as interim Deputy centre Manager with day to day functioning of staff and centre.

Skill Highlights:

Leadership and Management experience 3 years

Applying diverse and inclusive delivery models

Course development, engaging and motivating content to improve experience and outcomes

Leading, coaching, developing staff to improve company quality of learner journey in multiple centers across Cumbria.

Links with schools, colleges and training providers.

Experience – Working with learners for over 15 years. Excellent communicator with organised managerial skills

Working with EHCPs to ensure needs met People-focused and outcome driven

Team working and collaborations to enhance and improve within set projects. Teacher, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer trained.
