Administrator to start in March 2024

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.

£21k working for one of the UK's largest training and apprenticeship providers.

Full Time Permanent  –  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, 2pm finish on a Friday

We are looking candidates with ICT or Business Administration qualification with experience of working in a busy fast paced office, is this you ?

Reporting to the  Contract Support and ASET Team Leader, the role of the ASET & Admin Support Administrator is to provide an all-encompassing administrative support service to our clients staff and employers that will include timely reservation of apprenticeship funding whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism and accuracy with all tasks undertaken .

Duties include:

Ensuring that ASET team systems are robust, continually developed and maintained, within the scope of statutory funding guidance and our clients working practices – including Employer Agreements and payment models.
Providing support to employers to set up and navigate the Apprenticeship Service digital accounts to ensure that Apprentices are approved, and payments are facilitated via digital accounts (reservation of funds/ approvals/change of circumstances).
Ensuring all employer co investment invoices are raised accurately and are checked against ASET systems.
Assisting with checks that ensures that only eligible Employers receive Government incentive payments.
Supporting learners to onboard onto Apprenticeship programmes.
Accurately processing start paperwork to ensure all required details are present and meet compliance/audit requirements. This includes the secure electronic storage of all documentation required for the learner evidence pack.
Timely registration of learners with the relevant Awarding Organisation/End Point Assessment Organisation.
Supporting the processes for the timely claiming of individual qualifications and final Apprenticeship claims and issue certificates once received.
Supporting the end of programme process ensuring all leaver documentation is archived in secure electronic folder, as required for the relevant funding stream and is audit ready.
Providing cross-team administrative support as required
