Electrical  Installations Assessor

Greater Manchester

Full Time Permanent Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

The qualifications you will be supporting your learners to achieve are ; Level 3 Electrical Installations Apprenticeship

Up to £38k plus great benefits including 25 days plus Bank Holidays, 3 days extra at Christmas, 30p per mile, pension after 3 months, Healthcare after 6 months, CPD

Our recently awarded “Good” provider have been established since 1966 with a history of supporting employers and learners all over Greater Manchester.

Our award winning provider are looking for an experienced Electrical Installations Assessor to pass on real life, hands-on practical occupational experience on to apprentices.  Learners can be young people and adults and it will be your support, guidance, mentoring and enthusiasm that will help improve their own skills and abilities. As an Assessor for Electrical Installation, you will deliver high quality training to individuals and groups and assess learners in their place of work around the Greater Manchester area.

You will ensure they are meeting the National Occupational Standards within the Construction/Electrical Installations world.

You will need to be a full qualified Electrical Installation professional with an assessor qualification with bags of enthusiasm and a passion for Electrical installations.  You will be able to demonstrate how you inspire and help coach and mentor apprentices to achieve with a pass or distinction:

We need you to be qualified and experienced and have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and hold a CAVA/TAQA/D32/D33 or A1 assessors award

Have GCSE English and Maths to Level 2

Full Driving Licence and own transport – paid 30p per mile 

Excellent communication and organisational skills
