Employer Partnership Consultant – urgent role

We are excited to present an opportunity to join a leading skills, apprenticeships, and training company as an Employer Partnership Consultant.

Full Time Permanent Northwest 

Accrington HQ but working hybrid going out to visit employers/stakeholders around Lancashire and the North West and offers a competitive salary of up to £30k (dependent on experience) in addition to company car, laptop, fuel card, dental, eyecare, healthcare, pension, and comprehensive advantages package including 22 days holiday rising to 27 after year one plus bank holidays, CPD, support, healthcare, pension, volunteer days, team builds and events, long service awards.  For the first couple of months there will be a lot of support, training and shadowing with colleagues which means the majority of the time will be spent at HQ and out with employers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to promote apprenticeship opportunities
Identify and engage with new employer partners to expand the company’s network
Provide tailored consultancy to employers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful apprenticeship placements and smooth partnership processes
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of employer partnerships

We are looking for you to have:

Prior experience in a similar role, particularly as an Employer Engagement Manager or Employer Engagement Executive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong understanding of the skills, apprenticeships, and training landscape
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality service to employers
