Your role will be to provide support to the HR department with the day-to-day activities and contribute to the efficiency of the HR function. Positively contributing to the team and company

Responsible for supporting with for the day-to-day timely completion of HR processes and administration
Accountable for identifying and supporting with implementing improvements in HR processes
Responsible for supporting with the recruitment process including arranging interviews and the administration processes that is involved    
Responsible for supporting the HR department with the annual Training and Development plan, including the organisation of training events and maintaining training records
Responsible for supporting the HR department with Wellbeing & Engagement activities
Responsible for booking travel and accommodation for employees
Responsible for supporting in managing the new starter process, including drafting offer letters and starter paperwork, updating systems, reference and DBS checks / right to work checks

We are looking for candidates with administration experience, used to w orking with MS word, excel and outlook and have  Data base management

You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, the a bility to build effective working relationships, be a  Team player and ability to work on own initiative and have  e xcellent and proven administration skills
