Our award winning training provider are on a mission to grow their business development team with 4 new Senior Account Managers.

We are looking for experienced, high-energy and target driven Senior Account Managers to lead a small team of Customer Account Managers (CAMs) and develop strategic relationships with employers and stakeholders. The role will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and managing accounts with employers, developing relationships at the right level, generating high value sales. Providing mentoring and coaching to the team ensuring they achieve their monthly targets.

Your role will be to support ambitious business plans and achieve KPI's • Be a visible champion of our values, inspiring and enabling others to reach their potential • Achieve monthly team sales targets and develop a timely pipeline of talented and committed people eligible for the portfolio of services • Identify, develop and nurture new and strategic client relationships, building meaningful contacts with a focus on long term business relationships • Identify and prioritise new business opportunities to maximise all cross selling and upselling opportunities, promoting the vast portfolio of products and services. Analysing trends and implementing appropriate action to identify new revenue streams.  Proactively engage with stakeholders and attend external events, seminars and networking opportunities that support the sales strategy and positive ROI • Work closely with operational teams to ensure sales activity is aligned to operational capacity and interventions implemented effectively • Ensure a team of high-performing CAMs, analysing and reporting on individual and team sales • Set team goals and ensure CAMs are motivated and productive, that the team understand objectives and work together to achieve them.

We need you to be;

Determined and motivated by targets and objectives • Have a proven successful track record in sales and developing high level strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders • Proven experience of using digital technologies to promote teaching and learning Demonstrable commitment to equality diversity and inclusion • Inspirational, motivational and encouraging • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a high performing team • Excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to multitask while adapting to changing priorities • Suitable to work with adults at risk, children and young people • Digitally competent and confident • Proven business acumen and resilience

Ideally you will have

• Leadership experience in management • Experience within the education and skills sector (preferably in Apprenticeships) • Experience of B2B sales
