Team Leading Customer Service Business Administration Tutor Assessor 2,3

NorthWest, mainly remote

£26k – 28k dependant on experience  – Permanent Full Time, plus expenses, mileage, laptop, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, operational support, induction

An opportunity to join a fast-developing experienced National training provider to support the coaching of the Team Leading, customer service and business administration level 2 and 3 apprenticeship standards. If you have level 5 management delivery experience this would be ideal but not essential.  We are looking for a candidate with Team Leading and Customer Service qualifications and some significant administration experience, visiting apprentices in the workplace, providing training and supporting mainly Levels 2 & 3 with in  remote 1-2-1's and remote workshops, some face to face. You will work alongside the employer to develop the plan for how and when the on-programme and end-point assessments will be delivered, and teach the apprentices’ to ensure they progress towards this. 

Key responsibilities and objectives;

Achieving minimum 88% end-point assessment, leading to a minimum 88% success rate on the Apprenticeship Standard
Hold assessing and teaching / training qualifications or similar, holding an IQA qualification would be advantageous: ie A1; V1; PGCE; CTLLS; DTLLS; CAVA; AQA

Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients
Able to facilitate the enhancement of work performance, self-directed learning and personal development
Prepare, agree and review apprenticeship learning plans

Training & Development, On-going internal training, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities & Diversity, External training as requested
You will need to be highly motivated, persuasive, persistent and patient and have a proven track record in the in developing learner progression through a series of learning stages
