This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector. <\/p>\n
Applicants must have experience of apprenticeship delivery or extensive sector experience in a warehousing, distribution and manufacturing role. This experience will have been demonstrated within the last 3 years. <\/p>\n
We are looking to employ individuals to deliver the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level standards who have the following qualities: <\/p>\n
\t A warehouse background, ideally in a supervisory or management role where you are able to bring examples of when you have trained and mentored your teams
\n\t Focused on developing the potential in people.
\n\t Personable and engaging.
\n\t Organised and motivated.
\n\t Enthusiastic and professional.
\n\t Good maths, English and ICT skills.
\n\t An existing teaching\/assessor qualification would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided. <\/p>\n
The role will include high quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice\u2019s progress from the start through to the end point assessment. <\/p>\n
You will be required to identify opportunities to bring in more vacancies and work with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business. <\/p>\n
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, the role will be to deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices. <\/p>\n
KEY DUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES <\/p>\n
Encourage and promote employer involvement in Apprenticeships <\/p>\n
Ensure Apprentice and Employer expectations are fully explained and understood <\/p>\n
Ensure Apprentices are eligible, suitable and committed to undertaking an Apprenticeship. <\/p>\n
Complete initial diagnostics on all Apprentices to identify skills gaps <\/p>\n
Compile an appropriate learning plan for all Apprentices Deliver high quality, effective and efficient teaching and learning activities <\/p>\n
Carry out Apprentice support sessions in an efficient and timely manner <\/p>\n
Ensure Employer support remains appropriate at all times Adopt a rigorous approach to saving potential early leavers <\/p>\n
Deliver appropriate career advice, guidance and progression information Make a positive contribution to improving your own\/the team success rates <\/p>\n
Contribute positively to business\/team development\/improvements <\/p>\n
