Full Time Permanent –\u00a0Lancashire, North West, some travel out to Yorkshire, travel will include going out to learners in their workplaces – mainly face to face with some remote working. <\/p>\n

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector. <\/p>\n
Applicants should ideally have experience in working in General Manufacturing Operations. This experience will have been demonstrated within the last few\u00a0years. <\/p>\n
We are looking to employ an individual to deliver the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 standard who have the following qualities. <\/p>\n
\t \u2022 A manufacturing background.
\n\t \u2022 Focused on developing the potential in people.
\n\t \u2022 Personable and engaging.
\n\t \u2022 Organised and motivated.
\n\t \u2022 Enthusiastic and professional.
\n\t \u2022 Good maths, English and ICT skills.
\n\t \u2022 An existing teaching\/assessor qualification would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided. <\/p>\n
The role will include high quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice\u2019s progress from the start through to the End Point Assessment. <\/p>\n
You will be required to identify opportunities to bring in more learner vacancies and work with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business. <\/p>\n
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, the role will be to deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices. <\/p>\n

Our award winning training provider operate throughout the North West of England and other geographical areas so a driving licence is essential. <\/p>\n
