to \u00a335k\u00a0plus 25 days holiday, pension, CPD, support, mileage and expenses – 60% of the role is remote with the other 40% out with learners\/employers <\/p>\n
Our client\u00a0is a leading national training provider delivering Apprenticeship programmes throughout the UK.\u00a0 As an OFTSED Grade 2 \u2018Good\u2019 provider, they\u00a0specialise in Apprenticeship training across a diverse range of Professional Services and Supply Chain & Logistics sectors including Leadership, Management, Freight Forwarding, and Customer Service. <\/p>\n
The primary task within the role of Business and Improvement Skills Coach\u00a0is to support and educate learners working towards core Apprenticeship standard qualifications in their journey to a successful end point assessment.\u00a0 The Improvement Practitioner standard course – Teaching across the following programs;\u00a0Improvement Practitioner and Technician Level 4\u00a0–\u00a0 We will need you to have had Six Sigma and Lean experience. <\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities & Objectives: <\/p>\n
\t Achieving minimum 88% end-point assessment, leading to a minimum 88% success rate on the Apprenticeship Standard
\n\t Coach apprentices in business skills by guiding, supporting, providing accountability and encouragement
\n\t Experience in delivering Lean Six Sigma methodologies, quality improvement and project management training
\n\t Delivering Improvement technician\/practitioner apprenticeship standards.
\n\t Visiting apprentices in the workplace, providing coaching and assessment
\n\t Supporting apprentices remotely to provide coaching and assessment via virtual learning platform
\n\t Establish positive working relationships with clients
\n\t To facilitate the enhancement of work performance, self-directed learning and personal development
\n\t Prepare, agree and review apprenticeship learning plans
\n\t Challenge and develop apprentice\u2019s skills and abilities to enable them to achieve the best performance results
\n\t Tracking and reporting progress of planned learning to achieve end-point assessment
\n\t Be quick to problem solve and produce solutions to any learning or development barriers to apprentice\u2019s
\n\t Providing observational and specific feedback, encouraging the apprentice to self-assess their performance and readiness for achievement
\n\t Ensure best practices and be aware of Health and Safety; Safeguarding; Prevent and related acts. <\/p>\n
