Tina Lacey Recruitment was incorporated in August 2015 after spending 10 years in commercial and specialised recruitment for 2 high street recruitment agencies.  

It’s Tina’s mission to become the specialist recruiting partner of choice and to offer a personalised bespoke recruitment service that employers, candidates, partners and peers will be proud to associate with in the skills, training and welfare to work sectors.

It was in the October 1998 Tina had a ‘sliding doors’ moment; she was in between jobs having just completed her 4th Summer season as First Choice Holiday rep and heading to the slopes in the December when she was offered a 13 week contract to support jobseekers on the front line of Denton Job centre.   Within weeks Tina was offered a permanent contract and 5 and half years later two promotions later she had built a successful career supporting the DWP Jobcentreplus Regional Marketing team playing an instrumental part in the success of helping hundreds of local people into sustainable careers/jobs. Welfare to work and employability was  truly her passion and from the get-go she soon felt like it was “Her calling!. Tina was lucky enough to gain some private sector marketing experience for a brilliant Outdoorwear company in Trafford Park before embarking on her recruitment career in 2005.

It was important for Tina to know she was able to put her own inimitable stamp and style into her craft and she soon began to build a great portfolio of satisfied clients and candidates in the travel, legal, banking & insurance and training sectors around Manchester. From 2008 Tina began to attract and consult training providers in the region with a growing portfolio of local apprenticeship and welfare to work training companies relying on her expertise to consistently and successfully recruit quality staff that added value from day one.  Some of her clients from 2008 chooses Tina today as their one of their preferred recruitment partners.
