  • Continuous Improvement Manager with over 14 years’ experience across logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and food production.
  • Strong track record of delivering real business results, including six figure cost savings and large scale process change across UK, EU and US operations.
  • Strengths include building practical CI frameworks, working closely with operational teams, and turning improvement ideas into sustainable ways of working.
  • Runs a resale business, applying operational and data driven approach to stock control, pricing and sales performance.
  • Seeking a CI / Operational Excellence role to add value quickly and help teams work better.
