- Strong track record of delivering real business results, including six figure cost savings and large scale process change across UK, EU and US operations.
- Strengths include building practical CI frameworks, working closely with operational teams, and turning improvement ideas into sustainable ways of working.
- Runs a resale business, applying operational and data driven approach to stock control, pricing and sales performance.
