Director of Technical Education / Apprenticeship Team Manager and Quality Manager

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a complex technical education provision spanning apprenticeships, study programmes, and adult learning.
• The campus delivers to 800+ learners and Apprentices each year.
• Leadership of 8 direct reports and c.80 staff.
• Have oversight of 800+ learners and Apprentices.
• Have full responsibility for quality, performance, compliance, and operational delivery.
• Develop and deliver strategic and operational business plans.
• Lead on quality assurance and improvement, including QIPs and performance frameworks.
• Ensured compliance with Ofsted, ESFA/DfE funding rules, and ISO standards.
• Oversee budget management, staffing models, and resource allocation.
• Act as Health & Safety lead and operational safeguarding lead.
• Drive curriculum innovation and development aligned to labour market needs.
• Implement effective use of MIS and digital learning systems.
• Built and maintained strong stakeholder and employer relationships.
• Led apprenticeship delivery and quality assurance across Level 2 and Level 3 programmes.
• Managed a team of 7 assessors supporting 260+ apprentices
