My HR Learning Coach / Assessor coaches, trains and assesses learners at Level 3 and Level 5 in HR L&D, they are responsible for planning the delivery model where they recently took the whole L5 and revamped it to meet the requirements of the qualification, with embedded mandatory qualifications, with 100% pass rates with many of her learners passing with distinction.
My candidate takes the learners through the full cycle, from interviewing the candidates and making sure the learner is fit for the qualification, whilst keeping on top of legislation and with a recent invitation from CIPD and the Institute of Apprenticeships to be on the development panel. My candidate will have first line access to the resources, first drafts of the materials so will therefore be well equipped with all the resources they need to succeed supporting your HR L&D Learners and help grow your organisation.
Lead and development of L3 and L5 CIPD material. Development of learning plans across all HR disciplines and HR Specialisms. Assess against CIPD Standards and provide development feedback. Planning of learning activities as per the model of delivery, ensuring quality and flexibility to meet learner needs. Deliver Functional Skills learning, exam preparation and testing to Level 2. Contribute to improvement planning and actions relating to Ofsted inspection. Delivery of schemes of work for apprenticeship standards through web-based delivery, group sessions, training videos, and 1:1 assessment. Be proactive in the progression and retention of learners against measurable KPIs. Adhere to awarding body, funding body and OFSTED requirements. Motivate and encourage learners to complete work timely and attend all online sessions. Liaise with employers and collaborate with organisations to achieve ultimate development that benefits businesses and apprentices. Safeguard learners and report any safeguarding concerns in line with company procedures.
