Experience of managing teams of up to 25 staff including tutors focusing on curriculum development and quality assurance with MD responsibilities.

Training colleagues on Ofsted Inspections and I am currently the Ofsted nominee

• Strong adaptability in implementing regulatory updates and quality improvement strategies.
• Skilled in managing resources, processes, and ensuring safe and supportive learning environments.
• Holds multiple certifications in health and social care, first aid, and education – showcasing robust industry expertise.
• Proven track record in nurturing talent, fostering team engagement, and executing EQA visits effectively.
