On the Market now we have an impressive South Wales based Senior Curriculum Manager looking for £45k + for a Permanent Full Time role ideally hybrid/remote

They are an experienced senior manager with 10 years experience of spearheading transformative projects, driving engagement through strategic

stakeholder initiatives and delivering impactful results. Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Solution-focused and results-driven, creating a culture of excellence and creativity, inspiring teams towards continuous growth.

In the last 6 years my impressive candidate has demonstrated strong leadership to a team of curriculum managers, building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department, resulting in a 78% highly satisfied rating from learners.
Spearheaded the implementation of an LMS system for apprentices, resulting in the successful launch of over 30 apprenticeship programmes within a 12-month period and has led over 60 curriculum development projects with an 85% on-time completion rate, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning materials.

Previous to their senior CM role they were a curriculum manager where they took on the management of an underperforming team of ILM trainers, providing guidance, support, and ongoing professional development. They introduced and promoted SLAs for workshop attendance and assignment marking.

Within eight months, learner workshop attendance increased by 50%, and the backlog of assignments to mark had reduced by 70%.
