On the Market now we have an impressive South Wales based Senior Curriculum Manager looking for £45k + for a Permanent Full Time role ideally hybrid/remote

They are an experienced senior manager with 10 years experience of spearheading transformative projects, driving engagement through strategic

stakeholder initiatives and delivering impactful results. Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Solution-focused and results-driven, creating a culture of excellence and creativity, inspiring teams towards continuous growth.

Previous to their senior CM role they were a curriculum manager where they took on the management of an underperforming team of ILM trainers, providing guidance, support, and ongoing professional development. They introduced and promoted SLAs for workshop attendance and assignment marking.

Within eight months, learner workshop attendance increased by 50%, and the backlog of assignments to mark had reduced by 70%. She also collaborated with the Business Development Team and external organisations to design and deliver bespoke training programs aligned with ILM qualifications, resulting in preferred provider partnerships with several regional, national, and international companies. They analysed performance data to determine the effectiveness of learning systems, courses, and teaching materials

My candidate has worked in Management Coaching and Assessing and helped introduce and led on the development of a bespoke Level 5 Leadership and Management workshops, emphasising strategic planning, process development and decision making skills resulting in improved learner satisfaction score by 35%.  They also inherited and effectively handled a caseload of 45 ‘behind target’ learners spanning Leadership, Management, BA and Hospitality up to level 5 resulting in a timely achievement rate of 72%
